Suggest Treatment For Severe Cramps And Vaginal Pain

I have never missed my pd. I am 2 months and 2 days late, last month i had a little bit of blood you could call spotting and i thought it was coming my pd. But no i cramped for 3 days and nothing happend the past 2 or 3 days i had cramps and today this evening i have some sharp pains in my vagina just for like a few seconds then it went away i have not had any other sympotms of pregnancy i did take 3 pregnancy test the same brand and all came out negative

Hello,

I recommend you to do a beta HCG blood test to confirm or exclude the pregnancy.

Meanwhile, I suggest to use Acetaminophen to relieve the cramps.
