Suggest Treatment For Severe Cramps Near The Ribs

I keep getting sharp cramps like charlie horses in my right side below my ribs about where my ovaries should be ??? Is it appendix since I dont have an overie there and have had my gall bladder out. It is so bad I cant breath and moving is out of the question, It usually happens when I am using the bathroom and wiping.
