Suggest Treatment For Severe Dandruff And Hair Loss
I have dandruff and oily scalp and severe hair loss.my hair fall while washing combing oiling.im 29 female and never chamically treated or never use heating on my hair. My hair roots are panic most of the time.i never comb wer hair.my hair are no more silky and shiny as were some year ago.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe dandruff and hair loss which could be due to many reasons like improper hygiene, nutritional deficiencies, fungal infection, genetic factor, and hormonal changes. Need not to worry. you should wash hairs after proper massage with olive oil. You should maintain complete hygiene. You should use Finasteride preparations. You should take supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 and Vitamin E. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test, skin patch test and can do physical examination . Doctor may prescribe you drug like finpecia at least for 2-3 months or antifungal treatment along with minoxidil spray.
