Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression
My best friend is depressed and I can only contact her through Internet as I m in a different country and she is married .. She cuts herself and every now and then hit the bottom ... Situation is very complicated and I love her very much and want to help ... Please give me advise

Sorry to hear of her disease and appreciate your positive approach to help her. Depression can be disabling and must is not uncommon.
In spite of its serious nature many time it is quite manageable through drugs and psychotherapy. So she must be taken urgently to a psychiatrist for assessments and management.
