Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

Should be treated for Parkinson. She is having insomnia. So she should have general examination and investigation like blood, stool and urine. Should consult psychiatrist since she is suffering from depression.

Exclude malaria and if she has no related disease then it is good sign. The psychoanalysis should be done Past history in the family may be examined for a psychiatric disorder. Treatment should be done according to the latest findings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash,
