Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea After A Bout Of Constipation
yes i was constipated 3 days, then Sunday i had diarrhea all night Sunday . i have pain near my kidneys, i am nauseous, my urine was orange one time this weekend because i am dehydrated. i went to the doctor he said that i don t have a kidney infection and he gave me a shot for the nauseous. I am still nauseous today and in pain.

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
Constipation followed by loose motions &nausea... suggests amoebiasis.
You need plenty of fluids with ORS....rest &tab. Metranidazole over the counter.
In case vomiting is severe / there is dehydration or excessive lain (colic)... you need to attend ER .. for iv
fluids&antiiotics /anti emetic as per need.
