Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain

Hi Dr, Good Morning. Recently from last 2 months i m frequently suffering from bad stomach. I m a vegetarian, and i don t eat outside fast food, cakes, ice creams, chocolates,cool drinks and even at home i prefer less salty and spicy food. Still i m coming across loose motions, gum motions following with stomach pain frequently twice in a month. Can you please suggest , whether i need to get any test/scan done to check what is problem within my stomach pls?

I really appreciate your concern, if the abdomen pain is not sever and not associate with other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, fatigues, then it is not necessary to get done the test but such pain could be due to some dyspepsia, hyperacidity and it can be best managed with Tab Dicyclomine and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.

I really appreciate your concern, this is the symptoms of dyspepsia and it may be associate with infection and it can be given try with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, along with this Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day can be taken, it is better to have light diet hope this information helps.
