Here it could be acute colitis like infection or dysentery like infection.... Maintain hydration with lots of water.... Avoid excess spicy and heavy foods.. ORS taken with water to replenish lost electrolytes and probiotic with zinc tablet also given.. Empirical antibiotic like ciprofloxacin might be started... Stool examination should be done in your case... If it is amebic dysentery than metronidazole drug needed.... USG abdomen done and if needed colonoscopy needed for more work up Take care
