Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea And Lack Of Appetite

My daughter went to Mexico a year and a half ago and developed extreme diarrhea while there and sense coming home. Nausea, lack of appetite, weight loss, and diarrhea have continued and becomes extreme at times with vomiting all day. Doctor put on antibiotics once and temporarily helped but is back full strength. What could it be and what should we do?

It is not possible to have a gastroenteritis after 1and half year. it may releated other intestinal disorders that's why it should be better to seen by a gastroenterologist and do some investigation as stool , lab and imaging.
