Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea In A Child

Hi I need some advise ....my son is 2.5 mos ...I started hm off w breast milk ...switched to gentle ease..he kept diahrrhea..so I put hm on soy then he stayed gassy and fussy and constipated...switched hm bk to gentlease but even w 1.5 top of cereal it s still diahrrhea

hi... your baby is too small for top food..
plzz let him on only breast milk right now.
for diarrhoes ORS POWDER IN BOILED WATER is best
so go with ORS and BREAST MILK..
change to top food after 5 month but with that continue breast milk feeding
