Suggest Treatment For Severe Difficulty In Breathing With Dizziness And Abdominal Pain

For awhile I ve had trouble breathing, I do have asthma but my inhaler is helping. Yesterday I went in and the doctor said I seem fine. I ve had dizzy spells but last night I passed out and hit my head hard on my concrete floor. I have a lump on the front left side of my head, but now it feels like I m being stabbed on the top left side in the middle of my head, and it feels like I have water rushing or something leaking on the left side where the stabbing pain is.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be severe bronchospasm. Consult a physician and get evaluated. You have to start on bronchodilators like salbutamol for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
