Suggest Treatment For Severe Disk Desiccation Problem

Mri L5-S1 moderate to severe disk desiccation and moderate loss of disk height. Left posterolateral disk extrusion with caudal migration measuring 10mm in intra posterior dimention and 21mm craniocaudal dimension. This could represent components of epidural hemorrhage. Significant mass effect on S! nerve root which is compressed against the fact joint capsule and ligamentum flavum. This also contacts the Left S2 nerve. Circumferential annular disk bulging with disk height loss results in mild to moderate right and moderate left foraminal stenosis. It has been a year now, the pain is better, but I still struggle with nerve issues down my L leg/hip area and still very guarded with any lifting or activity. Should I just keep going on? I have recently decided to make working out a consistent priority.
