Since you are having
dizziness and also have history of
high blood pressure, you are suggested to quit alcohol for the sake of your health. Do it gradually so that you do not get harsh
withdrawal symptoms. Get connected to a detox center. Dizziness is commonly caused by vertigo, take Vertin-16, one SOS to ease symptoms. Avoid doing heavy work or driving. Stay at rest.
Get clinically examined by an ENT, get
audiometry test and ear drum examination done to detect the pathology causing symptoms. Get treated at the earliest. Floating feeling may be due to Vertigo (BPPV) or it may be indicative of anxiety disorder. Get connected to a counselor or
Psychiatrist, avoid stressful lifestyle and anxiety. Take adequate rest. See towards the brighter part of life and be cheerful.
Take home made food and food that will help to keep blood pressure normal. Include watermelon, kiwi's, beet, bananas, berries, moringa in different forms to help blood pressure stay normal. Get a complete medical check up done, you may need medicines.
