Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Night Sweats

went to dr. yesterday sugar had bottomed out and blood pressure under 70 am dizzy and confused and feel faint also having night sweats where i repeatedly get up to change into a dry shirt nightly. ive be diagonised being pre diabetic suger been dropping in the 40 s and 30 s. what could be causing this.
