Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Vomiting

This weekend I started Throwing Up and lost control of my bodily functions, I passed out when I got dizzy, I literally lost control of my bowl and urinary control. The throwing up started on Friday and stopped yesterday. I only lost control of my bodily functions once. I am 33 male weight is 210 and I am 6 1

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms need to be ruled out for the cerebrovascular disease and for that it is most advisable to get done, EKG, ECHO, CT brain, if these are unremarkable then it is nothing to worry still systemic disease need to be completely ruled out, else this could be hysteria or some functional condition, can not be treated unless know the underlying causes, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
