Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness

When I am out doors and the temperature is in the high 80 s low 90 s and high humidity I become very over heated in a short period of time within an hour or less. I become dizzy and sometimes feel I am going to faint My face becomes very flushed from the heart. Is this something I should be concerned about. I do drink a lot of water when I am out doors.
