Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness

I was driving my car today and an object switched from the left side to the right side when the object never moved and later that day I experienced dizziness and about 2 months ago I saw some numbers and I needed to write those numbers down and I kept writing them in the wrong sequences it took me three times to get the right sequence this has happened a few times. What is going on with me?

You seem to have some problem with your internal eye(cataract or Glaucoma), which needs to be evaluated and treated by an Ophthalmologist.
