Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness

every morning at least most I wake up sick feeling sick when I stand up I feel dizzy, some times it goes on all day, others it doesn t there is a sickly feeling in the pit of my stomach, some times my head spins, what can be causing this condition its be going on for may months now,
