Suggest Treatment For Severe Dryness On The Calf Muscle

I have dry scaly skin on calfs. There is also a sticky fluid oozing from the skin. This is about 3 to 4 inches above the ankle. My socks are wet in that area when I remove my socks, and then a small amount of wet spot on the sheet in the morning in the area where my feet and ankles touch the sheet.

Hello respected,

brief answer,
acute exczema it could be,

detailed answer
hi , I have read your question, I think you might have acute eczema that affect the lower limb commonly, causes itching and oozing.

scaly dryness may be because of long term eczema.anyways you need to apply combination of steroid antibiotic cream (clobetasol plus neomycin) two times a day, oral anti histamines like levocetrizine 10mg at night time, and also can apply potassium permengenate(diluted) soaks on oozing lesion to quickly get it dry.

and most importantly apply good quality moisturizer three to four times a day.

Don't apply steroid cream unnecessarily for long time,, it has many side effects.

Do get it prescribe by the doctor, thank you
