Suggest Treatment For Severe Dust Allergy

hi I have severe allergies to dust, pollens and grass. I m receiving allergy injections bi-weekly...... now over four months I ve experienced no smell nor taste...........I m very concerned that it is lost forever......... a allergist recently recommended I visit with a neurosurgeon to perhaps be tested. my question do you have any comments or recommendations? you have to avoid dust pollen and grass as far as possible can take tab levocetrizine 5mg daily. or can take montalcino which is claimed to be better then levocetirizine
