Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Infection And Fever

My granddaughter, age 2, is experiencing swollen red sore gums. I think her molars are coming in but her entire mouth is red and swollen under her present teeth too. Has had a fever and is on antibiotics for an ear infection. Cries and won t eat without crying and holding her mouth.

The child needs a pain killer preferably paracetamol. The dose will depend on the weight. Please don't worry these symptoms are most likely due to the tooth eruption and will subside in a few days. Thanks
