Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain Post Swimming

My girlfriend has a perpetrated eardrum and has recently gone swimming and has got water in it. She is now in a lot of pain and complains of having flu like conditions with fluid leaking from her ear. What s the best treatment?? Is it an ear infection cause by an extensive amount of fluid??

Your gf may suffering from ASOM

Avoid water entry into ear, avoid swimming.
Use tab. Alday DC twice a day. Tab. Amoxillinclvulinate 625 thrice a day.

Consult Ent surgeon for ear examination he will advice better time for tympanoplasty.
