Suggest Treatment For Severe Elbow Pain

i have unbearable pain in my right elbow, upward toward the shoulder. have been to emergency room was given percoset, valium and naprosyn. when llying down pain subsides. hve been lying down for the past 48 hours, and taken meds, they do not work at all. broke shoulder on thanksgiving day, it is healing well and in timely manner.
