Suggest Treatment For Severe Eye Pain

I have had constant pain in both of my eyes for 8 months flowing laser repair of a torn retina and several other tears in my right eye. The pain is comes from the back of my eye and feels like my eyes are being pulled out by pliers. They are also extremely sensitive to low light and ceiling light that is not defuse. I am desparate to find some help. This is effecting my work and personal life greatly. I have seen three doctors and they do not find any pathology in the eye. I know something is very wrong with my eyes and can not go on like this. Please help me.
