Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue, Dry Eyes And Sore Muscles

I have just been told I have an autoimmune diese my bloods have come Bach high range. they are waiting to confirm which one but suspect sojourn or lupus. I have extremely fatigue, sore muscles, dry eyes and weight gain although still excersising four days a week minimum 45 minutes. I get moments where I get so cold dizzy and feel like I am still asleep but can see and hear and interact with others my heart races and I struggle to breath getting a hot shower seems to help is this normal I feel like I am going crazy and I can t function
