General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, duration of your present problem, any other associated symptoms, etc.??
The symptoms given in your query are suggestive of liver disease.
I advise you to consult a doctor for proper clinical examination and for certain lab tests such as CBC, liver function tests, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound to find out the underlying problem.

Treatment would be based upon the diagnosis.

Meanwhile take a healthy balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
Avoid fatty meals, fast food, or any medications without consulting your doctor.

Hope this will help.
