General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

Fever and cough of more than 2 weeks not responding to empirical antibiotic therapy may be due to pulmonary Kochs/atypical pneumonia/sinusitis/bronchitis.

I advise you to get Sputum examination,CT chest, throat swab culture done.
Further management drpends on these results.
Steam inhalation 2-3 times in a day may give some relief.
Avoid smoking and exposure to air pollutants/cold environment.
Better diet and adequate hydration for general well being.

Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health
