Suggest Treatment For Severe Flank Pain
I am a case renal agenisis now i have pain in right flank region that is radiating in nature on urine routine examination urine PH is6.5 few pus cells were present and amorphous urates also seen... uric acid 447 micro m .. kindley guide me that wether its a pathology of kidney or some thing else is there.... ? Also HB 15.8 g/dl MCV 68 Mch 26 MCHC 38 R B C COUNT 6×10^6

Because you have flank pain and pus cells in urine, you will need a urine culture and probably you will need antibiotics to help cure the infection.
Meanwhile, make sure you do drink plenty so the urinary system is washed off.
