Suggest Treatment For Severe Groin Pain

Hi,i have had groin pain,for a number of year s,had scan,pain now for a number of months on right side above groin,lately been sharp and sniggley,break out in sweats,pain runs down leg to knee,can be unbearable.Going back To doctor s tomorrow.Way back specialist made me stand,and he put pressure on my pain above groin and I nearly screamed at him,but he said nothing showed up.So nothing happened.Could of been probably better back then,if more was done.what do I do. Susan.
