Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall And Thinning

hello doctor am 24 yrs FEMALE.having hair thinnin and hair fall problem previously i was having thick but day by day its getting reduced .i used shikkai for the problem but my hair gets split ends now am using head and shoulder shampoo..how can i treat my hair i need healthy thick hair..can i use placentrex 2ml with coconut oil?

I really appreciate your concern, the only medicine you can try is "Minoxidil 5%" apply this on your scalp, this is the only best option you have, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
