Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall

hello doc
i am 22 yrs old and suffering from major hair fall problem! My doctor suggested me using mintop 5% solution with X Gain shampoo followed with follihair tablet. I havent started using it yet but as i browsed online, i could clearly see many people facing the side effects of ,mintop and also one other doctor has recommended Saw Palmetto extract medicine. I am really confused what to do. Would be very grateful if you can help sir!

Hi,

I would recommend you to start with minoxidil as it is a very effective drug for hair loss but needs to be continued for 4-5 months to see significant results.
It doesn’t have any major side effect except for irritation and itching in some individuals.
