General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think the hair loss is somewhat related to chicken pox infection . It can be related to Hypothyroidism or iron deficiency anemia. You may need to do a total blood count with formula, iron levels in blood, T3, T4 and TSH levels. This will check anemia and hypothyroidism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
