Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss And Dandruff
Hi.. I m 24 years old. I am having chronic hair fall these days due to sand grain dandruff in my scalps. They are increasing day by day. I couldn t comb my hair. Everytime I touch my hair 5-10 hairs fall. I don t know what to do. Every day I m losing about 150 hairs. Please suggest me what to do. - Debaleena, Agartala.

At first, I would advise you not to take stress because stress is one of the leading causes of hair fall.
Now, for dandruff oil massage your hair 4 times a week and use ketoconazole shampoo. Eat healthy and balanced.
Get done a CBC done and thyroid profile.
