hello doc my hairs are falling at a very fast rate it s like andogenetic aloepecia my doc has prescribed desowen lotion for hairs and xint forte tablets two times a day. but the hairs are still falling . he said it will take some time and hairs will regrow. kindly tell me about what to do and what not

I can get from your history that you the problem of male pattern baldness or medically known as Androgenic alopecia. There are multiple factors for hairfall such as stress, dietary imbalance and any long term illness. Specifically in men it is due to hormonal influence of testosterone hormone.
In my patients I suggest them to vitamins in the form of biotin. Additionally increase you protein intake on daily basis. I also suggest you to eat fruits and eat sprouts. Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and sprouts which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for normal hair function.
In my patients I also use Minoxidil in lotion form and can be used to improve hair growth. Minoxidil do not cause any side effect and is very safe drug to be used. You can take further guidance form a dermatologist for best help.
