Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

I m 31 years old girl.i have hair loss and i heared that alpecin double efect shampoo is good for preventing. Before i used ecophane capsule.but now my hair is very weak with much lossing. Now i waana to know that does ir have any disadvantage by using ecophane capsule with alpecin shampoo? Can i use them? Excuse me if my english is not good Thanks

Actually the products you are using would be a good choice for treating your condition. Regarding your question, I would confidently say that there is no interaction between the shampoo and the capsules you are using. They both will nourish your hair and make it stronger.

If I was your treating doctor, I would also recommend you Minoxidil 2% Topical Treatment. It has shown to have very good feedback.

I would also recommend you eat healthy food which contain zinc, biotin, vitamin B, folate, iron, and calcium. These components are essential for preventing your hair loss, and helping your hair grow stronger and shiner.
Dairy products, meat and oily fish such as salmon and tuna all provide plenty of the above components. Cheese, yogurt, almonds, nuts and legumes, chicken and liver are particularly high in these nutrients. Once you are nourishing your hair with these healthy foods from the inside, it is only a matter of time before shiny, healthy hair will follow.
