Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Hi, I need suggestion from a dermatologist. I want to know should i continue using women s rogaine? I been using that about almost 5 weeks. I have family history of gradual thinning hair. After i starting rogaine i noticed a double amount of falling hair than i had before. Its been a week now i can see my hair fall amount reached the amount that I had before that means double falling reaches to single amount. Still it is falling. Should i use it further? How long should i find it if it works or not? Please help. Thanks.
