Hi Doctor. I am 27 years old and I seem to be having hair thinning problem lately. This is due to the hectic and stressful schedule I follow. Could you please help me as to what should I do so as to stop hairfall and increase the volume and density of my hair. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
Hair loss can occur due to various reasons like nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid dysfunction, Anaemia, hormones.
I would advise you to get following investigations done
1 ) Complete blood count
2 ) Serum ferritin levels
3 ) Thyroid profile
4 ) Vitamin B12 levels
Till the reports come you may take tablets containing Biotin, Calcium pantothenate, selenium as main component.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps. Take care.
