Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

I am having extreme hair loss and my scalp and forehead feel like there are creepiest crawling around at times. This loss has been happening for almost a year now . My hair is getting very thin and I m seeing scalp now. I have lost 42 lbs since April. This has been thru a coach. Last week had blood work completed and all my levels are good...hormones, vitamins, counts. Your thoughts?

As per your history is concerned it is a fungal infection so wash head and use (Betnovate) scalp ointment and take (Dermonorm)TAB 500 mg once a day upto 6 weeks.(thanks)
