Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Hi, I am having extreme hair fall, i loss daily almost more than 1000 hair, and it continue all day. Whenever i combed, oiled and wash the ratio is double. i consult with dermatologist and he suggest me Keraglo eva tablets and Folifast hair tincture solution, I am using it from last 1 week but i haven t see any result.
