Suggest Treatment For Severe Head Pain

2 yr ago i bumped my head on a corner, i now have a dent across my head/skull the dent feel a bit big and i get pain in the dented spots.

is there anything i can do? the clinic i go to told me if i had it for so long it should be fine, but these pains are coming more frequent..

could it be that it is pressed up on my brain a bit?
