Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Blurred Vision

Hi my friend has been having really bad headaches, to the point things get blurry. When he drinks a soda he feels much better. Also he had a drain tube on the back of his neck from when he was born, due to to much fluid... Are the headaches related? Should he see a doc soon?

Hello,

I would explain that the headaches could be related to the shunt (drain tube) dysfunction. For this reason, I recommend performing a new brain CT scan and consulting with a neurologist or brain surgeon.
