Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Nausea

I have daily headaches that are on the left side behind my ear and into my face. I have swelling under my left eye that is noticeable to other people. I do not have light sensitivity or nausea. I also have a hard time concentrating (I know what I want to say but I have a hard time getting the words out right). I have had MRI s but never while I had a headache does this make a difference? I have been on multiple prescriptions meds and some seem to really work for a while but then it seems like I build up a tolerance to them, what should I talk to my doctor about? Such as specific tests or blood work.

hi
thanks for using health care magic.
as your MRI is normal , there is no difference arise because of timing of mri test. it is important that you might have other symptom as you mentioned one ( difficulty concentrating). let me know other symptom if you have . there are no specific test or blood work for the same.
Ask your doc to review the prescription ,as drug misused ( overuse) headache is also a common phenomenon.
hope it will help you.
thanks
