General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of balance, headache, not responding to medications do suggest issue with:
- Sensory neural auditory pathway
- Cochlear apparatus
- Labyrinth
- Hair cell dysfunction
- Inner or middle ear pathology
- Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo syndrome
- Others

In my clinic, I do recommend a detailed physical examination with ENT check up, audiometry, Weber and Rinne test. It is the outcome of above, which decides whether there is any need
of an MRI is there or not.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
