Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Sore Throat

Hi! Yesterday I had this headache & it lasted from 10am Tuesday to 7am this morning. I took some tylonel. But my back, shoulders & neck have been pretty sore the last 3 days. & yesterday my throat was sore & still is. My nose is stuffy & my stomach hurts. I didn t go to school today. But what s wrong with me?

Your clinical history is suggestive of upper respiratory tract infection with bodyache.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Paracetamol for pain & fever &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine .
