General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection surrounding neck like throat, ears, scalp producing enlarged painful neck lymph nodes.
Consult your doctor and get examined for having any infection.
your doctor will go for treatment accordingly.
Supraventricular tachycardia has nothing to with lymph nodes.
Ok and take care.
