Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Vomiting

I have been having a bad headache for the past few days and thru I throw up only thing I ate before throwing up was a smoothie then I went to the gym, I ve been sick ever since i m thinking I should go to the doctor cause I also have type 2 I just want to make sure I m not over reacting?
