Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, Dizziness And Fatigue

I have been having headaches, dizziness, fatigue (sometimes severe), joint aches (especially hip and ankles), muscle twitches, leg and foot cramps at night, and flutters in my vision in dim light. Do all of these symptoms point to something I should go to my doctor about, or is it just typical for my age? I m a bit of a worrier when it comes to my health. I m 49 years old and overweight 211 pounds. I have HBP and keep it well controlled with lisinoprol/HCTZ 20/25.

Hi,

Rest in a quiet, dark room. Hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. Massage and small amounts of caffeine. Over-the-counter medications such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others), acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) and aspirin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Monish De, Oncologist
