General & Family Physician 's  Response
Occasionally, blow to the head may be severe enough to cause bleeding in the brain. This type of bleeding can cause an intracranial hematoma, a serious condition that puts pressure on the brain. Seek emergency medical attention if you experiences: unconsciousness, confusion or disorientation, vomiting, mood changes, memory loss, and persistent headache after head injury.
Advice
1.     Consult a neurosurgeon or general surgeon so that he will examine physically such as pulse, heart rate and pupil for possible neurological signs of intracranial hematoma
2.     Do not take ibuprofen as it might increase risk of bleeding
3.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral when you feel intolerable headache
4.     Investigation
a.     MRI of brain
