Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache Post Delivery

sir ,post delivery i had sever headache , after which no. of solutions were tried but to no avail. Severe head ache persisted , the last solution dr. advised was by Annesthesiologist help is inevitable. He gave PATCH at my lower back-bone, after which immediately head ache vanished. Anesth'st advised not to lift heavy wights, And simultaneously reduce some body weight.Sir, my Q. is iam in the process of reducing weight and daily visiting GYM. Now am developing same type of head ache...... Sir please suggest something.
