Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, Shoulder Pain And Vomiting

My wife has severe headaches all the time and also smells burning rubber and chlorine, pains in her shoulders and has tone large lip near her pubic area which is growing and there is a tick coming off it, also vomits every two hours or so Please help me help her
